My client is looking for an experienced individual who has a mix of project management and business analysis skills.


Initially you will be working a large regulatory project for them and then moving onto or Change programmes.


They offer very flexible working arrangements that will be tailored to your individual needs.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Take the initiative on executing the change required to deliver against agreed objectives across the Business, Technology and Operations teams
  • Develop and manage the plan, and approach for the execution – optimising timelines, resources and ensuring a solid focus on incremental and agile delivery
  • Set up and managing project governance
  • Co-coordinate and controlling project delivery
  • Provide regular and effective communication of updates and changes
  • Be accountable for project budget, tracking of budget
  • Maintaining a future focus, looking ahead to ensure any risks or dependencies are managed effectively
  • Building robust relationships with a network of key stakeholders


Your experience should include:

  • Able to effectively lead on and manage large complex or high value projects from end to end
  • Be confident in effectively communicating with, influencing and managing stakeholders
  • Able to identify, define, evaluate, plan, track and realise the outcomes and benefits of change initiatives, including undertaking a realistic assessment of what is achievable 
  • Experience of using analytical skills – strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Organisational skills, with the ability to priorities workloads and juggle multiple tasks 
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work closely with Front Office and Infrastructure teams
