I joined Change in 2015 to grow the digital & tech team. I’ve been in tech recruitment space for over 20 years, spending four years in Australia and the rest based in Scotland’s tech hub in Edinburgh. Driven by technology changes and skill demands I’ve recruited into more than 20 countries worldwide.
It’s very exciting and motivating to know that the people we place make a real difference to tech innovators and engineering labs in Scotland. Leading our team of talented digital and tech recruiters I make sure we have a deep knowledge of all our markets and stay relevant to a rapidly evolving talent market.
I hold membership with the CIPD association and as a lifelong learner I have just completed certification in Cyber Response Management. I’m currently studying towards CIPD Level 7 in Resource and Talent Management.
I joined Change in 2018 as a Principal Consultant in the digital and tech team, specialising in the BI/data/analytics space, working with clients ranging from tech start-ups to global blue-chip companies. I have a great network of Data professionals and like to keep abreast of the latest technologies. I’m committed to gaining certifications in this field so I can help my clients get that perfect candidate fit.
Outside of the office, I split my time between family, continuous study and mountain biking. My next course is focused on Artificial Intelligence for Business.
I joined Change in 2014 and have been a technology recruiter for over 13 years, working for two agencies during my time. I have consistently been in the top three performing consultants throughout my career.
I specialise in Software Engineering within the digital sector and have built up a fantastic network across a number of different industries. For me, what makes it worthwhile is knowing candidates’ value what we do as recruiters, and that placing them into new positions helps develop their careers.
Outside of work my passion is trail running, cycling, and competing in events. I have placed in the top 20 in various ultra-marathon’s and love nothing more than to be deep in the wilderness of the Scottish Highlands – either running or on my Gravel bike.
I joined Change in 2018 as a specialist SME consultant for Cyber & Information Security and Infrastructure roles across Scotland, placing professionals into contract and permanent roles within SME’s, Financial Services and IT Consultancies. I pride myself on providing the highest quality of service to both candidates and clients, by offering a consultative and deeply thorough approach to understanding their requirements.
For me it is very humbling and motivating to know that I have played a small part in changing people’s lives by getting them their ideal job.
Out of the office my passions are my family and cricket, plus, I’m poised to defend my title as Taranata Table Tennis Champion once we can all be together in the office.
I’ve been recruiter for over 20 years and joined Change Digital in June 2021 at an exciting time for the business. I’ve recruited in different sectors in the past with the most recent being charity and not for profit.
I must admit that some of the technical things that I’m now working on are new to me and I’m going through a steep learning curve, however I’m a firm believer that it is people that are at the heart of the recruitment process and that listening to the needs of both clients and candidates and building strong relationships ultimately leads to successful outcomes in the recruitment lifecycle.
Technology is constantly evolving and is at the heart of many of the things we do every day. Being able to work with people and organisations that positively impact the changes in technology is hugely exciting and something that I’m really looking forward to contributing to.
I relocated to Scotland with my family in 2018 and have loved my time here. Outside of work family come first but I am a sports enthusiast with Rugby and Football being my main interests. Music is also something I have a big interest in with 70’s and 80’s Soul my personal favourites.
Kyle joined Change digital in January 2022 as a consultant.
Before joining Change Digital I worked in internal recruitment for a specialist digital transformation consultancy and also within a digital healthcare startup. Recruiting for a wide variety of roles within software development, Data, Project Management and many more.
I have a background in HR and I am CIPD qualified to the Assoc.CIPD level having been awarded a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with distinction from the University of Strathclyde in 2020.
Within my role at Change Digital I will source and recruit the best talent within Digital and Tech.
Outside of work I am an avid golfer, during the warm months I can usually be found at my local course playing in medal competitions or playing across Scotland in various open competitions.
This is my first role within recruitment, coming from a sales background. I have built my career on building open and honest relationships both internally and externally. A value which we hold close at Change Digital and the larger Change Recruitment Group.
I am currently finding my place within the IT and Tech market, working on various roles with a number of clients. I offer value by networking and sharing the information and opportunities I am learning about daily from colleagues, clients, and candidates.
I am a great source of information and can offer valuable market insight due to my on-field experience. Outside of work I like to stay active, whether that be walking, running, cycling, golfing or climbing!
