Key responsibilities:
- You will play a crucial role in leading the redesign of processes and the delivery of MI.
- Be responsible for building and maintaining accurate and accessible reporting for the business.
- Work with a diverse range of clients and lead a team responsible for consolidating data sources and displaying them on MS Power BI.
- Tasked with analysing customer and staff behaviour to improve the overall customer experience and drive business decision making.
- Prioritise and manage the activities of the MI and Data Science team
- Create powerful and simple-to-use dashboards, and work with the Technology team to implement a modern data infrastructure.
Required skills:
- Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, DAX
- Experience with Python/R would be an advantage.
- Experience with Data in the Cloud
- Able to present effectively at board level
- Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team,
- A passion for designing creative and innovative solutions MI & reporting solutions
